How to find us
For your arrival by train
From Bochum Hauptbahnhof (Central Station)
take the underground U35 towards Bochum Querenburg (Hustadt) and get
out at stop "Ruhr-Universität". On weekdays the subway U35 leaves
every 5 minutes. Having arrived at the stop Ruhr-Universität,
please go upstairs and cross the bridge to the right in direction to
the university. The ID-building is white coloured and situated on the
left side from your walking direction (5 minutes' walk). The office of
Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi is located on 2nd floor, room no. 141.
For your arrival per car
From north/south via autobahn A1/A43
(direction Hamburg-Cologne) and from east/west via autobahn A40/A44
(Netherlands-Kassel). Drive until junction A43/A44 and leave the
autobahn at exit No.19 (Bochum-Querenburg/Ruhr-Universität), then
take the Universitätsstraße leading to the
Ruhr-Universität. At the second gateway (Fachhochschule, Uni-Ost)
leave the Universitätsstraße and turn right on
Schattbachstraße, Lennershofstraße and finally
I-Nordstraße (building ID).
Free Parking is provided in front of building ID (I-Nordstraße).
